Law Tech News: Opinions Online by David Whelan David Whelan It was a busy late spring/early summer, as I took advantage of Oliver’s arrival (and my paternity leave and sleepless nights) to do a bit of extra professional writing. This article was published in Law Tech News in July. The developments in how state supreme courts are giving online access to their court opinions are remarkable.  Some have negotiated with for-profit vendors, some have done it themselves using Microsoft Index Server or a Google appliance.  You can read more here.
