Oriole in the Tree Tops

The Oriole was in the trees at both sunrise and sunset and I can’t help but take advantage of its willingness to stay in place for a photo.  I’d assumed it was a Baltimore Oriole and hadn’t heard of a Bullock’s Oriole, but when comparing the two, it seems to be a male Baltimore.  The spiky feathers on its head make me wonder if it’s a juvenile, since they always seem a little less smooth than their adult parents.
